At VEYL, we carefully prepare and pack every handmade slipper order to make sure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Delivery Time

• Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after the order is confirmed.
• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take additional time to process.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare and dispatch it through our delivery partner. You may receive an order confirmation and/or tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delays

While we aim to deliver every order within 3–5 working days, unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays.
